We have a 90-day no questions asked return policy. If at any point within 90 days of your purchase, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can receive a full refund.
What products are eligible for a return?
Currently, only our Flasher devices are eligible for a return. None of the products from our skincare line are eligible for a return. This includes The Reviver, The Revealer, and The Glow Up,
How to Start A Return
To start a return, please email email@example.com with your order ID from the email address you used to purchase your order. Select items purchased within 90 days are eligible for a full refund. Return shipping costs are included. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not able to be accepted.

If you would like to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If, for whatever reason, you need to exchange your device, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID from the email address you used to purchase your order. All purchases made within 90 days are automatically eligible for free exchanges. If you are outside of the 90-day purchase window and your device is defective please email us at email@example.com and we'll make things right :-)
Orders that are made in exchange for in-game currency or other affiliate promotions are not eligible for returns, only exchanges. These sales will be attributed at the sole discretion of Nood.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process.
